循环流化床锅炉NOx排放特性的试验研究

摘    要:为研究循环流化床(CFB)锅炉NOx的排放特性,进行2部分试验,一方面调整CFB锅炉的给煤量及风量,分别将锅炉各工况的负荷稳定在60%、80%及100%下运行,记录并分析试验数据;另一方面维持CFB锅炉在100%负荷,通过改变总风量的大小及配比,分别将锅炉各工况的运行床温稳定在830℃、880℃和930℃,记录并分析试验数据。随着CFB锅炉负荷的增加,运行床温、风煤比及NOx的排放浓度均逐渐增大。当CFB锅炉的的负荷维持不变时,随着运行床温的逐渐增大,风煤比逐渐减小,NOx排放浓度逐渐增大。CFB锅炉运行床温对NOx排放特性的影响大于锅炉风煤比的影响。

Abstract:For study on NO, emission characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler, two section experiments are carried out separately. Firstly, coal flow and air flow of CFB boiler is regulated to keep boiler running on 60%, 80% and 100% load, and test data is recorded and analyzed; Secondly, CFB boiler is kept running on 100% load, and total air flow is regulated to maintain boiler running under 830 ℃, 880 ℃ and 930 ℃ bed temperature, and test data is recorded and analyzed. Results indicate that as the CFB boiler load increases, bed temperature increases and air-coal ratio increases, NO, emission concentration increases gradually. While CFB boiler load is not changed, as bed temperature increases and air-coal ratio decreases, NO, emission concentration also increases gradually. Analysis suggests that the effect of bed temperature for CFB boiler NO, emission characteristics is stronger than the effect of air-coal ratio.
