| 摘 要： | 学习型党组织建设是高职院校党建的一条主线,教师专业成长是高职院校提高教育教学质量的重要基础。学习型党组织建设为教师专业成长提供思想保证、组织保证和强大动力。文章以厦门城市职业学院为例,分析高职教师专业成长面临的挑战,总结和探索以学习型党组织建设引领带动教师专业成长的经验和做法。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the background, the technical route and the key scientific advances and achievements of new combustion technology on the Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition （HCCI） and Low Temperature Combustion （LTC）, based on the advances and achievements of above combustion technologies, the prototypes have been developed from diesel and gasoline engine respectively. The prototype of diesel engine improves 3% - 5% of fuel economy, and meets Euro VI emission regulation. The prototype of gasoline engine can realize smooth switching between HCCI mode and SI （Spark Ignition） mode, and induce the reduction on maximum 30% of fuel consumption and more than 95% of NOx emission. |
