低温再热器鼓包分析

摘    要:某电厂的300MW锅炉大修时发现低温再热器蛇形管多处鼓包。通过宏观检查、金相分析,结果表明,低温再热器烟温过高以及低温再热器弯头制造工艺不当导致弯头局部短时超温,从而出现鼓包。

Abstract:During Overhaul in Hubei power plant,the bloatings of s-tubes of low-temperature reheater were found and the cause of bloating was analyzed by macroscopic inspection and metallographic analysis.The results indicated that the short term super-high temperature phenomenon was mainly caused by high-temperature operation of flue gas and improper manufacturing technology of elbow and thus produced bloatings.
