| Abstract: | This paper introduces the problems of selecting 20 kV voltage grade in operating and upgrading of medium voltage electrical distribution network（EDN） and analyses the upgrade principle for 10 kV EDN.Base on this,the paper proposes the technical issues of neutral point earthing,lightning protection,relay protection and interconnection of the two voltage grade which should be paid attention to upgrading process. |
