利用氮气替代高炉煤气与焦炉煤气合成转炉煤气的可行性研究

摘    要:对不同比例下氮气和焦炉煤气混合后的燃烧特性进行分析,根据燃气互换性的判定方法,当焦炉煤气在焦氮混合气的含量在37%~38%时,其混合气能够替代人工合成转炉煤气稳定燃烧。在实际生产过程中,通过现有的转炉煤气柜及混合站等设施,能够实现焦炉煤气和氮气的均匀、稳定的混合,说明利用氮气替代高炉煤气进行人工合成转炉煤气是可行的,从而达到增加人工合成转炉煤气气源种类的目的。

A Study on the Substitute Nitrogen for Blast Furnace Gas to Synthesize Convert Gas

Abstract:The combustion characteristics were studied for the mixture of nitrogen and coke oven gas under various proportions. According to A.G.A. Bulletin #36 interchangeability method, as the content of coke oven gas is between 37% to 38%, the mixture gas can be well burned. With the employment of gas tanks and mix equipments, the mixed gas of coke oven gas and nitrogen can be obtained in practice.
