智能变电站信息一体化平台建设方案研究

智能电网建设已成为中国电力行业发展的重点内容。由于智能电网需要实现电力流、信息流、业务流的有机融合,因此在智能变电站中建设信息一体化平台,打破系统信息孤岛,实现变电站的全景数据采集和数据共享已势在必行。而智能变电站基于IEC 61850标准的统一建模和信息通信也为一体化平台的建设奠定了基础。简要介绍了智能变电站信息一体化平台建设的意义,并针对目前智能变电站的系统结构和技术特点提出详细的平台建设方案。

Research on Building Integration Information Platform in Intelligent Substations

Building smart grid has become the focus of the electric power development in China.Smart grid needs whole information sharing of electric flow,information flow and business flow,building integration information platform in intelligent substations is so important to break information islands.The standard of IEC 61850 provides a good base for building integration information platform.So this paper generally introduces the significance of building integration information platform in the intelligent substation,and gives a detailed solution to it.
