摘    要:高压管网输送的天然气在调压过程中释放巨大的压力能,通过降压设备将这部分能量有效回收,用于发电、天然气脱水、轻烃分离、LNGS~NGH调峰、橡胶粉碎和冷库等领域。,具体描述了联合循环发电和回收压力能所制得的冷能在冷库中的运用;,针对天然气供气不平衡、调压站分布不集中以及能量高效利用的问题,提出了改进方案,充分利用膨胀机输出的功驱动压缩机等设备的运转,将膨胀制得的冷量运用在相应的冷产业中,保证了压力能的高效利用。

Research Progress on Using of Pressure Energy From Natural Gas Pipeline Network

Abstract:The natural gas in the high-pressure pipeline can release tremendous pressure energy, during d~le process of adjusting pressure. The energy recovered effectively by the slep-down pressure equipments can be used in the areas of power generation, natural gas dehydration, hydrocarbon separation, LNG and NGH peak-shaving, rubber cryogenic grinding and cold storages. The technologies of combined eycle power generation and the using of cold energy which is obtained during the process of adjusting pressure in cold storages are described. In order to resolve/he problems of the nature gas supply imbalance, pressure regulaling stations dispersion aud using eftbctively of energy, some improvemenl suggestions are proposed. The outpnl power of turbo-expander is recovered for driving the compressor and other equipments. Culd energy obtained in the process of step-down pressure is used in the corresponding industries. These all can ensure the efficient use of pressure energy.
