| 摘 要： | 介绍了建设城市电网智能电压监测系统的重要意义,描述了辽宁城市电网智能电压监测系统的设计思想、组织构架,介绍了智能电压监测系统的实际功能及运行情况,提出了与智能电网运行环境相适应的无功电压管理工作新思路,总结了智能电压监测系统对辽宁省电力有限公司无功电压管理工作的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the important effect of constructing the intelligent voltage monitoring system,describes the design idea,structure of the intelligent voltage monitoring system used in Liaoning city power grid,introduces the function and operating situation of the intelligent voltage monitoring system,explores a new idea about the reactive power voltage management under the conditions of the smart power grid,and summarizes the excellent effect of the monitoring system to the reactive power voltage management in Liaoning city power grid. |
