摘    要:控制性能评价标准(CPS)考核一直是湖北电网的薄弱环节,AGC控制性能好坏对CPS合格与否有着至关重要的作用,文章针对湖北电网AGC控制中存在的响应慢甚至不响应、系统负荷波动大导致过调节等问题,提出了竞争舍得机制,并给出了实现方法。

Abstract:CPS assessment is always the weak link of Hubei grid, and the control performance of AGC plays an important role in deciding qualified by CPS. In order to avoid the low-response, even no-response and the grid load large fluctuating leading to overregulation, the authors propose the corn- petion, giving up and getting strategy, and explain how to realize it.
