基于模型缩聚的广州新电视塔传感器优化布置研究

摘    要:以世界最高的电视塔——广州新电视塔为研究对象,进行了加速度传感器优化布置研究。为避免动力分析时大型稠密矩阵运算的问题,首先将三维有限元模型简化为等效串联多自由度体系;考虑到实际测点只能布置在结构的平动向不能布置在扭转向的问题,提出将平动向自由度看作主自由度,将扭转自由度看作副自由度,采用模型缩聚将副自由度缩聚掉的新思路,对比研究了Guyan 法、Kuhar 法、IRS 法以及IIRS 法的缩聚效果,得到了缩聚后的简化模型;分析了基于二重结构编码的广义遗传算法在电视塔传感器优化布置中的实施过程,进行了控制参数分析,最终给出了传感器的优化布置方案。

Abstract:The research was carried out on the optimal sensor placement of the Guangzhou New TV Tower(GNTVT),the highest TV tower in the world.To avoid the computation of a large dense matrix in the dynamic analysis,a three dimension finite element model of the GNTVT was first simplified to equivalent series multi degree-of-freedom(DOF) system.Considering that the sensors can only be arranged in the horizontal direction of the structure,but not in the torsional direction,the new thoughts of taking the horizontal DOF as the master DOF and torsional DOF as the slave DOF,and reducing the slave DOF by a model reduction were proposed.Then,the simplified model after reduction was obtained by the comparison of the reduction results of Guyan,Kuhar,IRS and IIRS methods.Finally,the plan of the optimal sensor placement of the GNTVT was obtained after analyzing the implementation process of the dual-structure codes-based generalized genetic algorithm and performing the parameter analysis.
