摘    要:SAR光学处理器为获得高的动态分辨率,需要一套精密的输片机控制系统.它受保证数据胶片和图像胶片平稳、匀速而且同步地运动.为此,我们研制了胶片速度与张力控制系统,其中采用带有复合控制的锁相回路来控制胶片速度,并用同一具高稳定度的标准脉冲信号源来驱动两套输片机,从而使其速度的跟踪误差小于0.3%;还采用了用光电电位器作为位置传感器的张力控制系统,它使整个输片速度范围内的张力波动小于6.8g.本文叙述了上述系统的工作原理、主要性能和达到的指标,给出了实测数据和曲线.

Abstract:The optical processor of SAR requires a set of precise control system for the film transport to obtain high dynamic resolution. The control system ensures a stabibized and synchronous motion of the data film and image film. We have developed a film velocity and tension control system, which controls film velocity using phase-lock loop with the complex control, and drives two set of film transport with a high stabilized pluse generator, so that the tracking error between the data film velocity and image film velocity is less than 0.3%. The film tension control system, which uses position sensor of opto-electric potentiometer, makes the variance of tension in full velocity range less than 6.8g. This paper describes the operation principle, main performance and measured results of the control system.
