| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了信息工程监理的概念和意义、信息工程监理行业在中国的发展,及其在通信行业中的应用;以典型的通信建设项目为案例,具体说明信息工程监理在通信工程中的地位,对确保通信工程的投资控制、质量控制、进度控制,以及合同管理和信息管理所起的作用;最后对通信工程监理行业现状和挑战提出了若干对策和建议.

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the conception & meaning of the information engineering supervision, the development of the information engineering supervision industry, and the application on com- munication construction and engineering. Based on typical communication construction cases, it describes its position on the whole process, and the important function for insuring the investment control, quality control, process control, contract management and information management. It takes a further discussion about the supervision industry. This paper appeals to society for paying attention to the industry development and increasing the degree of attention to supervision. |
