基于人工神经网络旋风分离器优化因子预测研究

摘    要:定义了旋风分离器的优化因子(OF),通过人工神经网络算法(BP算法)研究旋风器几何结构参数和分离性能之间的复杂函数关系,从而提出旋风分离器优化因子的预测模型.结果表明,该模型的预测结果和实验结果较为吻合,提供了一种对于旋风分离器性能预测的新思路.

Abstract:The paper presents a new model for the prediction of optimized factor of cyclone separator based on the defined Optimized Factor(OF) and the complicated relationship between geometry of cyclone and performance of cyclone. Artificial neural network(BP function) is used for prediction. The case study shows the model has the better result, and the prediction results are comparatively consistent with the experimental result.
