摘    要:介绍了合成基钻井液的发展现状,室内研究了醚基基液的特性,探索了醚基钻井液的基本配方,并评价了醚基钻井液的各种性能。结果表明,研制的醚基基液的物化性能都能满足合成基钻井液的需要,与国外产品相当。该醚基钻井液的抗海水污染、抗劣质土固相侵污、抗钙、抗镁能力都较强,且各项指标均达到环保要求,钻屑可直接排入海中。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic formulation in lab and the natures of ether-base fluid, and researches the ratio relationship of ether-base fluid and brine between density of the fluid. The ether-base drilling fluid has tolerance of sea water, calcium, magnesium, worse earth and solves the problem of biological toxicity. The result shows that the natures of ether-base drilling fluid being equivalent to abroad product can satisfy for synthetic drilling fluid. The drilling fluid strongly has an ability to resist seawater, worse earth, calcium invasion and magnesium contamination. Most of the properties of the drilling fluid meets to the environmental requirements and the cutting used the drilling fluid can directly dump into the sea.
