摘    要:加热炉炉墙外表面温度较高,需要选用合理的衬里结构和耐火材料进行绝热处理。常规设计的衬里在使用过程中会出现因材料导热性能与设计的差别、材料老化、施工质量及结构不合理等问题,投用后大多会出现加热炉墙外壁超温、炉体漏风冒烟现象,散热损失的增加直接影响了加热炉能耗。新型耐火隔热材料的问世对改进衬里结构起到了积极的作用,尤其是复合衬里结构具有降低加热炉体漏风、降低炉外壁温以及减少散热损失的显著优点。
