| 摘 要： | 龙滩水电站工程80％的建设资金来源于银行贷款，融资费用较高。因此，必须优化债务结构，减少利息支出；加速资金周转，提高资金使用效率；严格工程投资控制制度和工程预算管理制度；加强资金使用管理，以控制和降低工程造价。

| Abstract: | More than 80% construction funds for the Longtan Hydropower Project is loaned from the Banks so that its financing cost is relative high. For this reason, we must optimize the debt structure, decrease the payment of interests, speed up the turnover ratio of funds, enhance the use efficiency of funds, strictly control project investment and project budget and strengthen the management of funds use in order to control and reduce project cost. |
