摘    要:武钢自备电厂1号、2号炉自投产营运以来,一直存在锅炉燃烧不稳,频繁发生MFT(主燃料跳闸)以及助燃用油量大,锅炉效率低的问题。经过详细分析并实施技术改造,已基本解决存在的问题,取得了良好的经济效益。可供同类型锅炉设计与改造时参考。

Abstract:The combustion conditions have been in a state of fluctuation and problems of main fuel trippings (MFT) as well as heavy fuel consumption and low efficiencies of the boilers always existing since the commissioning of No.1 and No.2 Boilers of the Self Prepared Power Plant of WISCO. Those problems have been solved and excellent economical efficiencies achieved since the completion of the technical transformation on the boilers.For design and transformation on boilers of the similar type it can be a good reference.
