一种夹具原型设计方法

概念设计是夹具设计自动化必不可少的一个阶段，也是一个瓶颈问题。目前研究者较少。针对这个问题，文章首先提出了面向创新的功能表面和广义定位原理的概念。在此基础上。选择实现工件的广义定位模式。通过提取三维信息和生成相应的功能表面来创成夹具原型。该项工作最后期夹具结构进化设计的基础。

A New Design Method for Fixture Prototype

Conceptual design is an indispensable stage in the fixture design automation which is also a bottlenecking problem. Aimed to this problem, conceptions of innovation oriented functional surface and general locating principle are firstly put forward, on which basis, the general locating modes for the workpiece can be selected. Fixture prototype is created by three steps: choosing the general locating pattern for the workpiece, extracting 3D information and redisplaying the corresponding functional surfaces. The study in this paper is the groundwork of the following fixture evolving design.
