摘    要:提出了反向啮合刚度的概念,给出了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮系统反向啮合刚度的求解过程,推导出考虑啮合区间变动及啮合点沿齿廓不断变动情况下轮齿啮合刚度的计算公式,并应用Weber-Banascheck轮齿弹性变形计算公式给出了一对实际啮合齿轮的啮合刚度、反向啮合刚度与时间的关系曲线,该曲线准确地反映了齿轮啮合时的刚度变化情况.

Abstract:The concept of the inverse gear-mesh-stiffness of a gear pair is propounded. The solution process of inverse-gear- mesh-stiffness of an involute spur gear pair is given. The formulation of gear-mesh-stiffness considering meshing span and meshing point changing with gear outline is given. With the formulation of Weber-Banascheck, the relationship curves of the gear-mesh-stiffness and the inverse gear-mesh-stiffness of a spur gear pair vs times are drawn. The curve of mesh-stiffness is much closer to reality.
