摘    要:本文以硅热法金属镁厂生产过程热平衡为基础,分别分析白云石煅烧以及真空热还原的能量收支情况,并对其效率进行评价。通过对比金属镁生产理论能耗和实际能耗,结果显示该工艺下能量利用效率偏低,进而讨论金属镁厂节能减排的方向,包括减少烟气排放热损、减小散热损失及还原渣的余热综合利用。并提出了硅热法炼镁的具体节能措施。

Abstract:Based on heat balance of practical magnesium production by silicon thermal reduction,the utilization of energy in productive process of calcined dolomite and deoxidation under vacuum environment are analyzed to estimate the energy efficiency.The practical energy consumption and theoretical energy consumption are calculated to analyze the direction of energy-saving as well as emission reduction,the energy reduction of exhaust gas;energy emission and the recycle of slag are involved.As a result,some measures are suggested.
