汽车面板钢中氮含量的控制方法

摘    要:本文介绍了采用BOF—LF—RH—CC工艺生产低氮、超低氮的汽车面板钢的情况。通过对各环节钢中氮含量的分析,结合生产实践,提出了转变转炉底吹模式、使用高效LF精炼埋弧渣、RH精炼堵漏和连铸保护浇注等改进措施,使铸坯平均氮含量达到0.0018%,满足产品使用要求。

Abstract:The paper explains the practice that adopts BOF—LF—RH—CC process to produce low nitrogen and ultra low nitrogen steel for automotive panels.On the basic of the analysis of nitrogen content in steel,combined with production practice,proposed some improvements,for example,changes the pattern of converter's bottom blowning,using the effective LF submerged arc refining slag,RH plugging and Protected casting,etc.,so that the average nitrogen content of slab to 0.0018%,to satisfy the product requirements.
