| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍济钢中厚板厂4300生产线步进式冷床采用的一种新型智能型多点集中润滑系统。该系统主要特点一是可以准确的监控每一个润滑点的润滑状况;二是可以对每个润滑点给油量进行程序调整,靠调整给油时间及循环时间来控制不同部位的加油量,在保障设备润滑到位的情况下节省油脂,是干油润滑系统下一步发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The stepping cooling beds of JiGang 4300mm production line adopts a kind of intelligent multi-point lubrication system.This system may accurately watch the state of each lubrication points in the system,and simultaneity make the program debugging according to the oil mass of each lubrication points through tuning the oil time primarily and the cycle time.The system can ensure the equipment lubrication,and save fat usage,which will be worth promoting vigorously. |
