摘    要:针对涟钢冷轧厂生产过程中起筋缺陷的产生,通过大量的数据采集与系统地分析热轧、冷轧各工艺流程中,对有可能导致起筋缺陷的原因进行逐一分析,研究得出起筋缺陷的根源性因素。针对导致起筋缺陷的原因,提出具体的改进措施。通过改进措施的实施,使冷轧起筋缺陷降等量大范围的下降。

Abstract:In view of the cold rolling mill in the production process of ridge buckles defects, through a large number of data acquisition and system analysis of rolling mill, the process, to may cause the ridge buckles defects by analyzing the cause of ridge buckles defects, the source element. For the cause of muscle defect reason, put forward the concrete improvement measures. Through the improvement measures, so that the cold rolled ridge buckles defects reducing equivalent range of fall.
