PEMA/PEA自交联乳胶IPN阻尼材料的研究

摘    要:利用种子乳液聚合和双丙酮丙烯酰胺与己二酰肼的交联反应合成了PEM A/PEA乳胶IPN。DM S结果表明,组成比对L IPN的相容性和阻尼性能有显著的影响;组成比为35/65的L IPN具有较优异的阻尼性能;界面自交联能改善组分相容性,但使材料的阻尼性能有所下降。拉伸实验结果表明,增加硬组分和交联剂的含量,拉伸强度显著增加。

Abstract:Self-crosslinkable latex interpenetrating polymer networks(LIPNs) based on poly(ethyl methacrylate) and poly(ethyl acrylate) were prepared by seed emulsion polymerization and the crosslinking reaction between diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) and adipyl dihydrazide(ADH).The results of dynamic mechanical spectra show that the composition ratios and interfacial self-crosslink have influences on the compatibility and damping property.Self-crosslink can improve the compatibility but leads to decrease in damping property.The LIPN with 35/65 of composition ratio has a better damping property.The results of tension tests show that tensile strength of the LIPNs increases with increasing the contents of PEMA and DAAM-ADH.
