小型数控立式铣床机械结构设计

摘    要:介绍了一种小型数控立式铣床的总体布局、主传动系统、主轴组件以及伺服进给系统等主要机械结构设计,并分析了机床的功能及其应用范围。该机床能够满足于教学上使用,有利于提高学生对数控铣床的认识。

Abstract:This paper introduces the major mechanical structure design of a small-sized CNC vertical milling machine,such as the overall layout,main drive system,principal axis components and servo-feed system.And then the functions and applications of the machine were analyzed.The machine can meet the requirements in teaching application,and is helpful to improve the students' knowledge of CNC milling machine.
