无脆性快速气体渗氮机理及性能研究

摘    要:本文从Fe—N相图中各相的形成条件入手,提出了减少白层至最低限度和控制白层的相组成是有无脆性的决定因素。依据化学动力学原理和内扩散理论,研制成功了无脆性快速气体渗氮新工艺。该工艺已在实际生产中得到成功的应用,缩短了渗氮时间1/2~2/3;使工件达到了无脆性,且显著提高了零件的疲劳强度。

Abstract:On the basis of the condition of forming different phases in Fe-N phase diagram, a new opinion is revealed in this paper, i. e. reducing white layer to the least and controlling its phase composition are defermimant factors involving in whether brittleness occurs. According to chemical dynamics principle and internal diffusion theory, a no-brittle fast nitr iding method has been developed. This process can reduce the forming of white layer and accelerate nitridirig. It has been successfully used in practice, shortening nitriding time by 1/2-2/3, making parts no-brittle, and remarkably increasing the fatigue strength of parts.
