| 摘 要： | 采用模糊数学对不同压铸工艺条件下压铸件内部孔洞特征参数（孔洞数、平均半径、半径样本方差、最大半径值、最小半径值、面积百分比和分形维数）进行了综合分析，提出了孔洞特征参数的模糊数学综合评价法，通过大量计算，给出了孔洞特征参数的模糊数学综合评价结果，为评价压铸件力学性能提供了新的方法。 |

| Abstract: | The characteristic parameters of cavity defects for die castings in different processes are analyzed comprehensively by using fuzzy mathematics, which include the number of cavity, the mean radius, deviation of radius samples, the maximum and minimum radius, area percentage and shape dimension a synthetical method of evaluating parameters of cavity defects is presented. The result on evaluating parameters of cavity defects is given through a lot of calculation, thus provide a new method to evaluate mechanical properties of die castings. |
