基于知识的冲裁模具结构智能设计关键技术研究

摘    要:在冲结冲裁模具结构设计特点的基础上,提出了基于知识的冲裁模具结构智能设计的方案,建立了一种简洁的基于链表的冲裁模具结构装配模式,介绍了模具结构设计知识语言BDSKL及其于BDSKL建立设计知识库的方法。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of structure design for blanking die, a solution for knowledge-based structure design is proposed. An assembly model of blanking die components based on ring structure is established. BDSKL language, which represents the knowledge within the process of die structure design is introduced and a method for constructing the knowledge base which is based on BDSKL is put forward as well.
