摆辗滑轮形工件形成过程的数值模拟及分析

摘    要:本文采用三维刚塑性有限元法对圆柱件的摆动辗压过程进行了数值模拟 ,针对具体算例进行了圆柱件摆辗滑轮形工件形成过程分析 ,得到该工件在摆辗过程中各部位的应力、应变速率状态 ,揭示了滑轮形工件的形成机理。

Abstract:In this paper,the numerical simulation of rotary forging of a cylinder is conducted with 3 D rigid|plastic finite element method.The forming process analysis of pulley|shaped workpiece during rotary forging of a cylinder is conducted.The stress and strain rate states in various positions during rotary forging are obtained.The forming mechanism of pulley|shaped workpiece is discussed.
