| 摘 要： | 郑州市水产业经过十几年的快速发展，已具备产品深加工的基础和条件，郑州市水产加工业的发展，不但是渔业进一步发展的必然需要，而且是水产产业化发展的一个重要环节。郑州市水产加工业的启动和发展就着重从加工品种、技术研究、开拓市场和企业扶持等方面考虑。

| Abstract: | After over 10 year's rapid development,the fishery in Zhengzhou city has the basis and conditions for deeply processing its products.The developing of Zhengzhou fishery processing industry is not only a necessity for the fishery's farther development but also a critical link for industrializing its fishery.The processed varieties,technique research,opening up the markets and supporting the enterprises should be emphatically taken into account to set off and develop Zhengzhou's fishery processing industry. |
