低合金结构钢板边部开裂原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:分析了低合金结构钢板的边部开裂的主要原因,指出由于层流冷却的侧喷漏水使钢板边部急冷,导致形成了马氏体的异常组织,该组织的出现使钢板在冷矫过程中边部开裂。通过加强生产线的水系统管理,以及规范生产操作等改进措施,解决了钢板边部开裂的质量问题。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the main reasons of edge crack of low-alloy structural steel plate,it states that edge rapid cooling of steel plate which is formed by side spraying leakage of laminar flow cooling produces deformed martensite structure which leads to edge crack during cold straightening.It can be resolved by improving water system management in production line and standardizing production operation ect.
