| Abstract: | The essay analyses the need for PCB enterprise knowledge management （KM） and KM itself is the PCB enterprise＇s inevitable choice to meet the challenge and improve the enterprise competitiveness. And then, this essay analyses PCB enterprise knowledge characteristics and the current PCB enterprise KM status. On the basis of the analysis, it brings out three key factors of PCB enterprise KM： leadership, culture and system. Meanwhile, it does a preliminary discussion on PCB enterprise KM implementation steps. |
