织造条件对织物风格的影响

利用正交试验设计和多元统计分析方法,获得了能全面反映织造条件的织造特征指标,在此基础上,进一步得到了织造特征指标对织物风格参数的回归方程,进而探讨了对织物风格影响较大的特征指标,以及这些特征指标与织物风格之间的关系。所以认为,与织物风格参数有最大关系的是打纬区宽度和经丝张力相对波动值;有较大关系的是最大打纬阻力和最小织物张力;其余织造特征指标的影响则相对较小。

Effects of Fabric Manufacture Conditioning on Fabric Hand Feel

Using orthogonal test design and multivariat statistic analysis, the weaving characteristic indexes fully representing fabric manufacture conditioning are obtained, and the regression formulas between fabric hand-feel pariameters and weaving characteristic indexes are derived. The inderes which have greater effects on f(?)bric hand feel and the relationship between these indexes and han(?) feel prameters are discussed. Among all the indexes, the width of beating area and the relative value of warp tension are most closely related to hand feel, and the maximum beating resistance and minimum fabric tension are also closely related to it, while the effcets of other in(?)exes are relatively small.
