摘    要:目前普遍采用的碾压混凝土压实质量控制方法是密度法,碾压后,挖坑取样或采用核子密度水分计选点测量碾压混凝土的湿密度,这种方法占用大量施工时间,并存在选测点的随意性。由笔者研制成功的压实计,安装在振动碾上,在碾压过程中可随时知道填料是压实,实现了压实质量的实时全面控制。本文介绍压实计的工作原理、室内模块试验及现场应用试验

Abstract:Density method is generally adopted for RCC compaction quality control at present. After roller compaction,the wet density of RCC would be measured by sampling from the digged pit or by nuclear densimeter.These methods would take a lot of constriction time and the measurement point is stochastic. Now the compactometer has been developed. This compactometer could be installed in the vibratory roller so that the compaction of filling material could be measured at all time and the real-time compaction quality control could be reached. This paper describes the principles of the compactometer, indoor sample test and field application test.
