三峡工程技术设计中的若干问题与决策

鉴于三峡工程的规模和复杂性，国务院三峡工程初设审查委员会在批准初设的同时，决定责成设计部门编制８个单项技术设计，包括４座主要建筑物（大坝、厂房、永久船闸和升船机）、机电、二期围堰、建筑物的监测和泥沙专题。技术设计由长委会负责。在有关方面的支持协作下，技术设计和审查工作按计划顺利进行，满足了招标设计和施工的需要。目前，不少单项技术设计已完成终审，许多较重要的问题或方案已经明确。国务院三峡工程建设委员

Several problems and decision on the technical design or the Three Gorges project

In view of the scale and complex of the Three Gorges project, while approving the preliminary design, theCommittee of Reviewing Preliminary Design for Three barges Project, under the State Council of Peoples Republicof China, has decided to preparation of the technical design for 8 individual items which include four major structures (dam, powerhouse,permanent navigation lock and ship elevator), machinery and power generating equipment,cofferdam in the second phrase, structures monitoring and sedimentation. The Yangtze River Water Commission isresponsible for such technical designs. With the support and cooperation of parties concerned, the technical designand its reviewing work has been carried out smoothly on schedule, which meets the requirements of the design ofbidding preparation and the construction of the project. UP to now, the final review on many individual technicaldesigns has been completed and a lot of important problems or alternatives have been identified. The Committee ofthe Construction of Three Gorges Project under the State Council is satisfied with such technical works.
