| 摘 要： | 外水压力是隧洞衬砌及压力管道的重要荷载。作用在衬砌上的外水压力水头与地下水位至隧洞的水柱高之比称为外不压力折减系数。由于实际工程中这一系数不恒不盱１，一义为外水压力修正系数。提出初始修正系数等３个分项系数的新概念，并将分项系数的乘积定义为综合修正系数，以期能较好地解决餐生的这一困扰设计人员的难题。

| Abstract: | External Water pressure is an important load for the tunnel lining and penstock.The ratio of external waterPressure acting on the tunnel lining to the difference between underground water level and tunnel water head iscalled as reduction factor of external water pressure. This factor is not always less than one so it is supposed to bedefined as correction factor of external water I)ressure. Meanwhile, a new concept of 3 sub-factors for initial correction factor has been put forward and the product of 3 sub-factors has been defined as comprehensive correction factor to hope solve the uncertainty of external water pressure. |
