特细砂混凝土在东西关水电工程中的应用

摘    要:东西关水电站采用的特细砂配制水工混凝土。为改善其性能,采用了低砂率,低陷度,高掺粉煤灰及掺和减水剂等措施,有效地降低了水泥用量,改善了混凝土的和易性,降低了绝热温升,提高了混凝土的抗渗及抗裂性能,并可采用大仓面通仓薄层浇筑方法,该电站混凝土质量改良,未发现裂缝,强度保证率达90.7%~97.9%,匀质性指标优秀,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Special fine sand was used in the hydraulic structure concrete in Dengxiguan Hydropower Station. In order to improve its performances, the measures of low sand content, low slump, high mixing flyash and mixing water-reducing agent have been taken, which reduces effectively the cement consumption, improves the concrete workability, reduces the thermal insulation and temperature raising, and enhances the perfomances of concrete impermeability and crack-resistance. Then the method of thin pouring all over the working face could be used. The Station have a good quality of concrete with no crack, 90. 7% to 97. 9% of strength guarantee rate, excellent uniformity indexes and outstanding economic benefits.
