精密铂电阻温度计的校准方法

摘    要:介绍了精密铂电阻温度计的特性及0~660.323℃温度范围内精密铂电阻温度计的校准方法。提出对测量上限温度高于450℃的精密铂电阻温度计可参考使用说明书要求进行上限温度退火,进行定点法校准时,可采用熔化点温坪替代凝固点温坪,对于无法进行定点法校准的精密铂电阻温度计,可采用比较法校准及采用简化公式计算各项参数的可行性,同时指出自热效应对测量的影响。

Abstract:In this article, we introduce the performance characteristic of precision platinum resistance thermometer and how to calibrate it within 0 to 660.323 degree centigrade. We put forward that the precision platinum resistance thermometer whose upper limit temperature is higher than 450℃ can be annealed at ceiling temperature in instruction manual. When we calibrate precision platinum resistance thermometer with fixed point method, we can use melting point instead of freezing point. And we focus on the feasibility of calibrating precision platinum resistance thermometer with comparison method instead of fixed point method and using simplified formula to get the calibration results. Meanwhile, we point out the thermal effect influence on calibration.
