| 摘 要： | 分析了纯平显示器面板的结构特点,使用Moldflow软件对塑件的注射成型过程进行CAE分析,确定模具采用三点进浇的点浇口形式和五组冷却水道排布的冷却系统,使成型的塑件质量符合要求。在Moldflow分析结果的基础上,使用Pro/E完成了模具设计。结果表明,利用CAE技术,模具设计变得更快捷、准确,并且在模具制造之前就可以优化模具结构,降低了模具制造成本。

| Abstract: | The structure characteristics of a flat displayer panel were studied. The Moldfl~ was used to make CAE analysis of the injection moulding process of the part and then t1 Pro/E was applied to implement the mould design in which three point gates five-group layout of cooling water channel were adopted. |
