矿山井下供电系统无功功率因数与节能

摘    要:采矿设备电能需求量大,矿山企业主要设备无功功率因数较低,无功补偿对于矿山企业节能降耗意义重大。提高功率因数对于降低企业供电系统线路损耗和变压器损耗有明显效果。分析目前我国矿山企业电能需求现状,对无功补偿措施和补偿效果进行了研究,指出了提高系统功率因数对于节能降耗的意义。实际应用表明,通过无功补偿,电能节约效果明显。

Abstract:Mining equipments cost more energy,and most mining equipments’ reactive power factor is lower,therefore reactive power compensation for saving energy and reducing consumption to the mining enterprises are very important.Improve power factor for reducing line loss and transformer loss are obviously,and also help to increase production efficiency.The current electricity energy demanding of Chinese mining enterprises was analyzed,reactive power compensation measures and the results have been studied,it shows that to improve the system power factor for saving energy and reducing consumption are very helpful.Practical experience shows that,can save energy by reactive power compensation.
