计算机在离心泵特性曲线测定实验中的应用

摘    要:运用智能型电动调节阀、涡轮流量传感器、T139E型流量显示仪表、SN-2000型变频调速器、PCI-2003型数据采集卡和计算机作为主要设备,设计了离心泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线测定实验的工艺流程。给定离心泵转速、阀门开度数值,计算机对流量Q、扬程H、轴功率N_轴进行数据采集、绘图,由所绘图形判断该实验的工艺流程是否满足实验要求。实验结果表明:组成实验工艺流程的设备运行平稳、数据处理快速、图形直观。

Abstract:The work process for determining the characteristic curves of centrifugal pump and the pipe line is designed with the intelli- gence electrically operated valve,the turbine discharge sensor,the T139E discharge indicator,the SN-2000 frequency conversion speed regulator,the data collect card,computer,etc.The computer collects the discharge Q,lift H and shaft horsepower N_(?),and draws the characteristic curve diagram of Centrifugal pump and pipe line.Whether the work process meets demands of the experiment is judged on the base of the diagram.The result of the experiment shows that the equipments work reposefully,the data is processed rapidly,and the diagram keeps the view.
