铌酸催化合成马来酸二辛酯的研究

摘    要:研究了用新型催化剂铌酸催化合成马来酸二辛酯的工艺。反应优惠条件为 :醇∶酐 (m/m) =3 0∶1 ,铌酸用量为 8g/mol酐 ,回流反应时间 2h。在优惠条件下 ,转化率可达99 6% ,收率为 86 4 %。该催化剂预处理方法简单 ,易回收 ,可循环使用 ,且不污染环境。

Abstract:A new catalyst, niobic acid, was used for the synthesis of di 2 ethylhexyl maleate with yield of 86.4%. The optimum conditions were as follow: molar ratio of maleic anhydride to 2 ethyl hexanol was 1.0∶3.0, reaction time under reflux was 2 hours, mass of catalyst accounted for 8g/mol of maleic anhydride. The catalyst had many advantages, such as easy to be recovered, easible to be used repeatedly and less pollution to the environment.
