| Abstract: | Using the three sweep potential kinetic polarization technique the corrosion behaviour were measured in 0.5 mol/1H2SO4 and 0.1 mol/1 NaCl solutions respectively for Stellite films deposited on the 2Cr 13 stainless steel substrate after treatment by the 190keV N+ bombardment and magnetron controled sputtering. The effects of N+ bombardment on the corrosion properties of the Stellite deposited specimens were studied by RES, XPS and SEM-EDAX analyses. |
