摘    要:本文分析了3.3kV组合磁力控制站中各CPU之间以及CPU与智能显示屏之间通讯的重要性,介绍了通讯原理,设计了单片机与PLC、 PLC与PLC、PLC与触摸屏之间通讯的总体方案,并给出了软、硬件实现方法,提出了通过单片机与PLC实时通讯来协调控制电力负荷的新方法.试验结果表明:通讯系统方案可行,数据传输实时性好、准确度高.

Abstract:The significance of communication among several CPUs and between CPU and intelligent display for combined vacuum magnetic switchgear is analyzed in this paper. And then, the theory of multi-CPU communication is introduced and the communication protocol is formulated. The practical scheme of communication system between PLC and microcontroller, PLC and PLC, touch panel and PLC is designed. Meanwhile, the method of implementation by use of hardware and software is proposed and the novel strategy to control multi-motors coordinately by means of real-time communication between single chip computer and PLC is developed. It has been proved by the field tests that the multi-CPU communication system is feasible in the scheme, exact in the data processing and quick in the data transmitting.
