摘    要:利用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同助剂的Pd/Al2O3催化剂,并利用固定床管式反应器考察了以上催化剂在“苯酚+甲醇+水”耦合反应体系中的性能。结果表明Ca的促进作用较明显,进一步考察了Ca助剂的含量对催化剂活性的影响,并通过BET和CO吸附表征探讨了Ca助剂对催化剂结构以及Pd分散度的影响。

Abstract:A series of Pd/Al2O3 catalysts modified with different metals were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. Liquid phase in-situ hydrogenation of phenol for cyclohexanone as a model reaction was employed to characterize the catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst. The results indicated that the Ca modified Pd/Al2O3 catalysts is effective for the in-situ hydrogenation of phenol for cyclohexanone. Furthermore, BET and CO chemisorption were employed to investigate the effect of Ca promoter on the structure of Pd/Al2O3 and the dispersion of Pd, and the relationship between the loading of Ca and the activity of the catalysts was also investigated.
