| 摘 要： | 在SolidWorks软件环境中渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维实体建模是一个难题,文中介绍了一种快捷的三维实体建模方法,首先使用CAXA软件的齿轮绘制工具生成渐开线圆柱齿轮的二维齿形图,再将二维齿形图输入到SolidWorks软件中完成齿轮的三维实体建模,这种方法极大地提高了渐开线圆柱齿轮三维实体建模的准确度和工作效率.

| Abstract: | The involute cylindrical gears＇ three dimensional entity modeling in the SolidWorks environment is a difficult problem. A novel rapid and accurate 3D modeling method is presented in this paper. This method mainly uses CAXA to draw 2D sketch of gear, and then puts it into SolidWorks to accomplish 3D model of the gear. The efficiency and precision of 3D-gear-modeling are also improved by this method. |
