| 摘 要： | 钢结构住宅在我国作为新型住宅建筑体系,具有“节能环保、省地降耗、结构自重轻、抗震性能好,可工业化制造、现场施工周期短,建筑风格现代化、住房使用面积率高”等优异的特性越来越被人们所认识,是国家积极倡导和扶持的战略发展项目。通过对市场期望的研究,试图揭示钢结构住宅产品的研发方向。

| Abstract: | Residential buildings of steel structures are the new housing system,which is a strategic development topic supported by the state.This system features energy-saving,friendly environment,less land and lower consumptions,light weight structure,good aseismic property,industrial fabrication,short period of site construction,modern style and larger service area etc.It is attempted to reveal the research and development direction of the residential buildings with steel structures through research on market expectation. |
