摘    要:企业重组和再造的主要方法之一是调整企业的各种业务流程、组织结构,集中各种资源,敏捷地适应日益剧烈的竞争、日趋变动和复杂的企业环境条件的要求,系统科学和系统工程是进行企业组织重组设计的理论基础和方法工具。敏捷企业组织是一类特殊复杂系统,系统工程的螺旋式推进方法为进行现代企业组织重组设计提供了较为完整的框架。

Study On Organization Design For Agile Enterprise
Abstract:One of reengineering is to reengineeringbusiness process, redesign organization structure , andconcentrate resources in order to win competition in agility for the enterprise. Here. agility means that the production will be quickly and actively to meet the needs ofcustomers. Some theories and methods in systems scienceand systems engineerig have been used as tools appliedfor business process reengincering and organizations design in modern enterprise. For agile enterprise and its organizations is a special kind of complex systems, spiralpropelling model from systems engineering provides acomplete framework of business reengineering and organizations design for such modern enterprise with agility.
