| Abstract: | The side products in the preparation of benzylcyanide were characterized by GC-MS,and side reactions were inferred. The preparation procedure of benzylcyanide were improved using the complex PTC and controlling the pH below 10, so the high yield and purity.were obtained, and the content of distilled residue was also reduced to not more than 1%. |
