摘    要:对湘钢生产的SWRH82B/SAE1080高速线材边部出现的网状渗碳体成因进行了详细分析,并通过大量的检验和试验找到了边缘网状渗碳体产生的原因,从生产工艺、原辅材料、使用过程等方面进行了调整,有效地消除了此类不利金相组织的产生.

Abstract:The causes of formation of network cementite on the edges of SWRH82B/SAE1080 highspeed wire rods that produced by Xianggang were found out and in detail analyzed by a lot of examination and experiment.Through adjusting manufacture technique,raw and auxiliary materials,use process and so on,this type of harmful metallographic structure was effectively removed from the wire rods.
